I enjoyed a lovely week for a family wedding, with highlights being the amazing variety of foods offered in the restaurant, truly delicious and beautifully presented. The housekeeping staff, especially M. Anbaqhagan, kept our room in impeccable condition, which added to the comfort of our stay.

We had a lovely stay in a spacious Executive King Room, and the breakfast spread was simply amazing, especially the local dishes. Soaking up the sun by the beautiful outdoor pool after a relaxing massage at the spa made our trip even better. The only downside was the gym needing some updates, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

Breakfast offered excellent variety and quality. communication with staff was frustrating, especially regarding the return of dry cleaning, which took an hour to clarify. the room appeared dated, and I was charged incorrectly at checkout, leading to a lengthy resolution process. my stay was highlighted by its easy access to nearby parks like guindy national park and a great choice of local dining spots just a short stroll away, making my city explorations delightful and convenient.

the lobby and restaurant was really good, staff was super courteous, and the ambiens in the executive king room was amazin. we had dinner at navratna and loved the south indian food. house keeping was also good, kept our room nice and clean.

only issue was that the hotel was a bit far from the city center. also, the internet could be a bit slow sometimes.

the landscaping is beutiful with a vast expanse of garden area and pool. bugs in the restaurant were unpleasant.

We had a wonderful family stay with spacious accommodations and a warm local touch, like a delightful towel cow that greeted the kids. The breakfast featuring a variety of dishes was a hit, especially the succulent garlic naan at Navaratna. The hotel's fitness center offered a refreshing way to unwind after exploring the sights of Chennai with the little ones.

My wife says that the hotel lacked sufficient recreational activities for kids.
